Healthy individuals build healthy communities.  The Aberdeen Health & Community Services Foundation understands that building healthy communities begins with one resident at a time.  Each and every resident deserves the best care.  To that extent, we are committed to supporting local health care initiatives to ensure that all individuals in Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties have access to the essential services they need. 

Our focus is on meeting the current and growing health care needs in our community.  The initiatives that we support include the Norfolk Cardiac Club, which is a unique rehabilitation program for cardiac patients in Norfolk County.  As well, we have established nursing scholarships for students residing in Brant, Haldimand or Norfolk counties to assist them with their studies as a way to invest in the future health and well being of our families, our neighbours and our friends.
